◾️At least 3 years of experience in the large-scale network
◾️Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer, IT, or Telecom Engineering
◾️Excellent understanding of networks, including Routing, Switching, Firewall
◾️Hands-on experience with Software Maintenance and Support Service
◾️Hands-on experience with ticketing and SLA management system (Atlassian product suit - Jira/ServiceDesk - is a plus)
