موقعیت شغلی :
◾️ Analyzing the existing VoIP networks.
◾️ Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
◾️ Adding network users and managing company permissions.
◾️ Respond to complex network and VoIP challenges, both internally and externally.
◾️Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to support VoIP operations, security, and integrity
◾️ Responsible for performing system tuning, configuration, upgrades, performance management, disaster recovery, and usage reporting as required.
◾️ Responsible for leadership and training of lower level engineers.
◾️Perform lab testing, design, and architecture work.
◾️ Ensure compliance to infrastructure standards.
◾️Implement research technologies, and evaluate the work of the support technician.
◾️Undertake other duties with capable as directed by Management.
