استخدام Senior Infrastructure Engineer (آقا)

موقعیت شغلی :
◾️Maintains, administers, monitors, diagnoses and troubleshoots IT infrastructures includes servers, storages, routers, switches, virtual environments and etc
◾️ Protects and maintains the integrity of the company’s data resources through storage management and backup and recovery procedures and implement required action for disaster recovery operations and business continuity planning
◾️  Maintains detailed, up to date documentation of system configurations, network topologies, management procedures and vendor support contacts
◾️ Provides out of hours/on-call support for scheduled maintenance and system failures
◾️ Provides technical support to end users when requests are escalated from the Service Desk
