◾️ Performing security monitoring, reviewing, investigating and reporting the events generated by the SIEM.
◾️ Prioritizing vulnerability and incident response activities.
◾️ Recognizing intrusion attempts and other relevant events.
◾️Familiar with SOC and CSIRT procedures.
◾️Developing new solutions to find malicious activities within the network and systems.
◾️ Performing vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and appropriate remedial actions to mitigate security risks.
◾️ Ensuring that security controls are compliant with established policies and standards.
◾️ Implementing periodic audits to ensure of security controls compliance.
◾️ Implementing and configuring network security devices; e.g. WAF, IDSs, etc.
◾️ Developing custom scripts to automate certain tasks.
