◾️Familiar with troubleshooting techniques
◾️Familiar with data center and servers
◾️Familiar with network equipment and  protocols
◾️Familiar with programming
◾️Tracking and documenting issues and compiling incident reports.
◾️Ability to work flexible hours.
◾️Good written and verbal communication skills.
◾️Ability to work well under pressure.
