◾️Monitor alert systems and services and take appropriate action.
◾️Manage Infrastructure tickets from inspection to closing, includes tracking resolution progress and updating ticket status.
◾️Update technical document - Finding problem through analyzing infrastructure monitoring
◾️Work with support technicians and management to do whatever is necessary to provide excellent support
◾️Configuring, updating and assigning monitoring sets, reviewing monitoring alerts, working with Service Desk staff and Technical staff to respond to alerts from pro-active monitoring.
