موقعیت شغلی :
◾️B.Sc. or higher education in communication engineering / computer science / relevant IT fields.
◾️ +5 years of Collaboration Systems experience.
◾️Experience in UC Applications, Expressway, IM & Presence,Telepresence and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions. - Very good knowledge of Technical reports writing.
◾️ Strong ability to troubleshoot complex Collaboration environments.
◾️CCNP Collaboration certificate is an asset.
◾️Knowledge of change management processes and other security policies and controls
◾️Ability to work efficiently in an Agile development environment.
◾️Proven oral and verbal communication skill in English.
◾️Fast learning, attention to detail, communication skills, time management skills, problem-solving, teamwork and systematic thinking skills, working under pressure.
