◾️As our Datacenter Operations Manager, your ultimate responsibility is to establish relevant SRE metrics and utilize ITIL framework to make sure our services will always stand above our SLA standards.
◾️You will develop and manage a team of highly motivated and talented individuals that specialize in Monitoring, System Administration, Virtualization, Networking and Security.
◾️You will work closely with our software team, support team and our account management team to make sure all our customers’ requirements are met in accordance with the SLA.
◾️You will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to Service Operations.
◾️Datacenter Operations Manager resides in our premises in Tehran and is on-call and available for work outside of regular hours to respond to emergency incidents.
