◾️Understand Network concepts and types of networking events and IT infrastructure
◾️Familiarity with the basic concepts of operating systems
◾️Ability to investigate and identify IT events
◾️Basic troubleshooting capabilities in the area of network events and infrastructure
◾️ Ability to establish effective communication between IT units and customers
◾️Ability to analyze information and report on IT events
