◾️ Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
◾️ Installation and troubleshooting of devices such as printers, scanners, fax machines, video conferencing equipment, and production line IT devices.
◾️ Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations.
◾️ Assist with onboarding of new users.
◾️ Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.
◾️ Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
◾️ Maintain inventory of all equipment, hardware, spare parts, and software licenses.
◾️Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
◾️Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
