◾️ Ticketing and following the requests

◾️Setting up telecommunication centers, infrastructure, pop sites and configuring new network devices for customer side or for the network infrastructure

◾️Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions

◾️Doing daily tasks, rapidly and accurately

◾️Documentation, Presenting, and updating reports

◾️ Attend required meetings in case of need by NOC manager
◾️ Fixed salary - Social Security Insurance - Supplementary insurance
